[EL] Προκαταρκτική ακρόαση για την επιχείριση Sibilla: αναβολή για τις 15 Ιανουαρίου στην Περούτζια (Ιταλία)
Η προκαταρκτική ακρόαση της 10ης Οκτωβρίου για τη λεγόμενη κατασταλτική επιχείρηση Sibilla, στην οποία συμμετέχουν δώδεκα αναρχικοί, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του Alfredo Cospito, ο οποίος κρατείται υπό καθεστώς φυλάκισης 41 bis στη φυλακή Bancali (Sassari) και συνδέεται μέσω τηλεδιάσκεψης (υποχρεωτικά σύμφωνα με το 41 bis), έληξε με αναβολή λόγω έλλειψης ειδοποίησης.
Αρχικά είχε προγραμματιστεί να διεξαχθεί στο δικαστήριο της οδού XIV Settembre, το κτίριο που χρησιμεύει ως δικαστήριο προανάκρισης (εκεί είναι συνήθως όπου διεξάγονται ανακρίσεις εγγυήσεων, επανεξετάσεις και προκαταρκτικές ακροάσεις), αλλά μόνο όταν μπήκαν στην αίθουσα του δικαστηρίου οι ακούραστοι υπάλληλοι της απονομής της δικαιοσύνης συνειδητοποίησαν ότι δεν υπήρχαν κατάλληλες αίθουσες σε αυτό το κτίριο για ακροάσεις μέσω τηλεδιάσκεψης. Ως εκ τούτου, η ακρόαση μεταφέρθηκε εσπευσμένα στην κεντρική έδρα του δικαστηρίου της Περούτζια στην πλατεία Matteotti.
Αρκετοί κατηγορούμενοι σύντροφοι, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του ίδιου του Alfredo, ζήτησαν να τους επιτραπεί να κάνουν αυθόρμητες δηλώσεις, αλλά αντιμετώπισαν σθεναρή αντίσταση από τον γενικό εισαγγελέα Raffaele Cantone, ο οποίος αντικατέστησε την εισαγγελέα που ήταν υπεύθυνη για την έρευνα, Manuela Comodi, λόγω του ότι αυτή αντιμετώπισε κάποια νομικά προβλήματα. Όλα αυτά σε μια παράδοξη κατάσταση στην οποία η εισαγγελία ήταν αυτή που ζήτησε αναβολή, χωρίς την επίσημη έναρξη της ακροαματικής διαδικασίας και άρα και χωρίς να μπορεί να κάνει δηλώσεις.
Οι σύντροφοι που ήταν παρόντες (υπενθυμίζουμε ότι η προκαταρκτική ακρόαση γίνεται κεκλεισμένων των θυρών) κατάφεραν να «χαιρετήσουν» τον Alfredo στην κάμερα και μάλιστα ακούστηκαν για λίγο στο μικρόφωνο, αναστατώνοντας δικαστή και εισαγγελέα. Ο Alfredo απάντησε στους χαιρετισμούς κουνώντας και σηκώνοντας τις γροθιές του χαρούμενα.
Έξω από την αίθουσα του δικαστηρίου, μια συγκέντρωση περίπου είκοσι συντρόφων επανέλαβε την αλληλεγγύη τους στον Alfredo, την υπεράσπιση των αναρχικών εκδόσεων και την καταγγελία της αυταρχικής στροφής που βρίσκεται σε εξέλιξη ως έκφραση της πολεμικής πολιτικής.
Το επόμενο ραντεβού είναι λοιπόν για τις 15 Ιανουαρίου στην Περούτζια, στις 10 το πρωί, στην πλατεία Matteotti. Επιβεβαιώνοντας την αλληλεγγύη μας με τον Alfredo και την αποφασιστικότητά μας να υπερασπιστούμε τον αναρχικό τύπο, καλούμε τους συντρόφους να είναι παρόντες σε αλληλεγγύη και σε αυτή την περίπτωση.

[IT] Udienza preliminare per l’operazione Sibilla: rinvio al 15 gennaio a Perugia
Si è conclusa con un rinvio per difetto di notifica l’udienza preliminare del 10 ottobre per la cosiddetta operazione Sibilla, che vede coinvolti dodici anarchici fra i quali Alfredo Cospito, recluso in 41 bis nel carcere di Bancali (Sassari) e collegato in videoconferenza.
Prevista in un primo momento in via XIV Settembre, nell’edificio che funge da tribunale per le indagini preliminari (solitamente è lì che si tengono gli interrogatori di garanzia, si svolgono i riesami e appunto le udienze preliminari), solamente al momento di entrare in aula gli infaticabili funzionari dell’amministrazione della giustizia si sono accorti che in quell’edificio non vi sono aule idonee a ospitare udienze adibite alla videoconferenza. Pertanto l’udienza è stata spostata in tutta fretta presso la sede centrale del tribunale di Perugia in piazza Matteotti.
Diversi imputati, compreso lo stesso Alfredo, hanno chiesto di poter tenere delle dichiarazioni spontanee, ma hanno incontrato la ferma opposizione del Procuratore Capo Raffaele Cantone, che ha sostituito il PM titolare dell’inchiesta, Manuela Comodi, dopo che questa è incappata in alcuni guai giudiziari; il tutto in una paradossale situazione nella quale era l’accusa a chiedere un rinvio, senza l’apertura ufficiale dell’udienza e quindi anche senza poter svolgere le dichiarazioni.
I compagni imputati presenti (ricordiamo che l’udienza preliminare prevede lo svolgimento a porte chiuse) sono riusciti a “salutare” Alfredo inquadrati dalle telecamere e facendosi sentire anche al microfono per un breve momento, indispettendo giudice e procuratore. Alfredo ha risposto ai saluti sbracciandosi e alzando i pugni con allegria.
Fuori dall’aula un presidio di una ventina di solidali ha ribadito la solidarietà con Alfredo, la difesa della stampa anarchica e la denuncia della svolta autoritaria in atto come espressione delle politiche di guerra.
Il prossimo appuntamento è quindi per il 15 gennaio a Perugia, alle ore 10:00, in piazza Matteotti. Ribadendo la nostra solidarietà con Alfredo e la determinazione nel difendere l’agibilità della stampa anarchica, invitiamo i compagni e le compagne alla presenza solidale anche in questa occasione.

[EN] Preliminary hearing for the Sibilla operation: postponement to January 15 in Perugia (Italy)
The preliminary hearing of October 10th in the so-called Sibilla repressive operation, which involves twelve anarchists, including Alfredo Cospito, who is detained under 41 bis prison regime in Bancali prison (Sassari) and connected through videoconference (obligatory under 41 bis), ended with a postponement due to lack of notification.
Initially scheduled to take place at the court in via XIV Settembre, the building that serves as the court of preliminary investigation (this is usually where interrogations of guarantees, re-examinations and preliminary hearings are held), it was only when they entered the courtroom that the tireless officials of the administration of justice realised that there were no suitable rooms in that building for hearings using videoconferencing. Therefore, the hearing was hurriedly moved to the central seat of the court of Perugia in piazza Matteotti.
Several accused comrades, including Alfredo himself, asked to be allowed to make spontaneous statements, but were met with firm opposition by chief prosecutor Raffaele Cantone, who replaced the prosecutor in charge of the investigation, Manuela Comodi, after she ran into some legal troubles; all this in a paradoxical situation in which it was the prosecution that asked for a postponement, without the official opening of the hearing and therefore also without being able to make statements.
The comrades who were present (we remember that the preliminary hearing is held behind closed doors) managed to ‘greet’ Alfredo on camera and even made themselves heard on the microphone for a brief moment, upsetting the judge and prosecutor. Alfredo responded to the greetings by waving and raising his fists cheerfully.
Outside the courtroom, a gathering of some twenty comrades reiterated their solidarity with Alfredo, the defence of the anarchist publications, and the denunciation of the authoritarian turn underway as an expression of the politics of war.
The next appointment is therefore for January 15th in Perugia, at 10 a.m., in piazza Matteotti. Reaffirming our solidarity with Alfredo and our determination to defend the agibility of the anarchist press, we invite the comrades to be present in solidarity on this occasion as well.
